B.o.B. continues his penchant for questioning well-established facts with a new Instagram post about the slave trade. The rapper posted a video that questions the geography that colonizers established and put on Black people.

“When the Europeans came to power, what he did was change the chronology and geography or the time-space coordinates to disorientate us so we don’t know where we at,” Hakim Bey, writer of “The Journal of the Moorish Paradigm,” says in the DVD clip.

B.o.B added his doubts about the slave trade, captioning the clip, “They say slavery lasted 400 yrs… America is only 250 yrs old… You ever seen [sic] a slave ship? They can find a billion-year-old dinosaur bone but can’t find any slave ships.”

He concluded with hashtags that included, #SlaveryIsNotInMyDNA.
