A chef formerly employed by Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment, a charge deemed “frivolous” by his representatives.

Cindy Rueda claims Diddy “regularly summoned” her to prepare meals for him and his guests while Diddy and his visitors “were engaged in or immediately following sexual activity.”

The suit was filed Monday, May 8, in the Los Angeles Superior Court and counts Diddy and Combs Enterprises among its defendants. It seeks unspecified damages.

It also alleges Rueda was called upon to give Diddy a “post-coital meal” and he “was naked and made comments about his body to plaintiff and ultimately asked the visibly uncomfortable plaintiff if she was attracted to or liked his naked body.”

Another time, Rueda was allegedly subjected to sexual harassment from a male house guest who “approached plaintiff in the nude to ask her to look at and admire his genitals after he had engaged in sexual activity with another house guest.”

Rudea began working as a weekend chef in Diddy’s Los Angeles County home in January 2015 before being brought on full-time in September 2015. The filing claims she also experienced wage violations after she was not compensated for working more than 12 hours per day.

Other allegations include hostile work environment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and retaliation. Rueda alleged when she brought up the sexual harassment and the failure to pay overtime wages, she was framed for stealing a watch she said was given to her by a housekeeper who found it in the trash.

Rueda was fired in May 2016.

“This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause,” Diddy’s rep said in a statement to TheWrap.
