In this year’s French Open, Serena Williams dominated Kristina Mladenovic by defeating her 6-4, 7-6 (10) in the third round on May 28.
In the video above posted by Youtuber Mr. Piero HD Tennis, Williams and Mladenovic came face-to-face in the locker room after their thrilling 3rd round encounter. The two embraced and praised each other.
However, Mladenovic demanded that Williams continue on in the tournament at Roland Garros saying: “You beat me but go all the way.”
According to Bleacher Report, Mladenovic was the hometown favorite and she was handily defeated by the legendary Williams.
