Nicki Minaj is facing a lawsuit from ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels accusing her of physical and mental abuse, and the rapper lashed out on Twitter.

In a series of tweets posted early this morning, the “Truffle Butter” rapper exposed her ex’s filing. Minaj reveals she got the news after celebrating boyfriend Meek Mill’s 29th birthday.

Minaj split with Samuels in 2014 after dating for 12 years. The star of “Barbershop: The Next Cut” has said the breakup inspired her newest album, “The Pinkprint,” according to Complex.

Minaj questions Samuels’ manhood and blames absent fathers for the idea that men don’t have to work for their money. She says they mooch off successful women instead.

She then laments about being accused of emotional and physical abuse, blaming her ex for his “miserable” refusal to move on with his life.

Even after their breakup, the rapper says her former hypeman bombarded her with emails, prompting Meek Mill to ask him to stop.

After threatening to release the emails, she tweets about how she is aware of Samuels’ impending reality show appearance. Rumors say the songwriter is going to appear on the third season of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” as he is dating Nikki Mudarris, who currently stars on the show, according to The Inquisitr.

Minaj says her ex has called her mother, though she told him that she’d give him help, presumably with money or emotional support. She begs him to leave her and her boyfriend alone.

Then she angrily tweets that she was unable to celebrate Meek’s birthday without Samuels “trying to extort me.”

Minaj adds he once stole money from her and she had mercy on him. But the Trinidad & Tobago-born rapper has now had enough. She plans to counter sue him.

She also hits at Samuels for happily accepting gifts from her during their relationship.

Then, Minaj says Samuels has been putting on a front in the media about their distant relationship as he continued to contact her, refusing to “let go.”

Responding to a tweet about fame going to her ex’s head and karma getting the best of him, the Queens, New York MC believes God plans to make him suffer.

Minaj urges Samuels to move on and “accept that you messed up.”

And she questions why a man like Samuels would attract women by wanting a payout instead working “just as hard” as women do.

After mentioning how generous she had been, Minaj says “the greedy are never satisfied” and that any money won from lawsuits will come back to haunt “leaches.”

Samuels’ rep issued a statement taking aim at Minaj’s social media posts.

“Initially, things were being handled privately behind the scenes but it was taken to social media and unfortunately it’s now being played out in the public eye which could easily be interpreted as a cry for attention. Safaree will not continue in any more social media feuds and at this time, we are unable to comment or provide any details pertaining to the current legal proceedings that are taking place with Safaree Samuels and Nicki Minaj. We are confident that things will be both favorable and amicable for all parties.”
