KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological (Met) Service of Jamaica says the tropical wave that is west of Jamaica will continue moving farther west. However, a trough is expected to remain across Jamaica and the central Caribbean for the next three days.
As a result, lingering isolated showers are expected tonight. The Met Service said there would be morning showers across sections of northern and south-eastern parishes.
In the meantime, widely scattered afternoon showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected over other parishes.
The Met Service said regionally, there is a trough across the eastern Caribbean that is producing cloudy conditions.
