  1. Damn it, Raven is right… That officer needs to face charges for how he handeled the situation, but girl get off your phone. Kids have no respect for authority, but it is not anyone other then their parents job to beat them for it.

  2. Someone told her she never have to work again and you can say what u want. #CrashAndBurn

  3. One of the things I think is forgotten here, is that this is a child. She hasn't been known for being disrespectful and this video doesn't display any type of violence on her behalf. She's guilty of being a teenager who wants to stay in her class after disobeying a rule that's commonly disobeyed in our school systems.
She was clearly wrong for her actions but did not deserve this treatment.
If her parent had treated her this way they would be jailed.
As for the remark about not being taught at home. That's an unsubstantiated remark. Her parents may be the reason she didn't want to leave (be kicked out) class in the first place.
I think public figures should actually THINK before they speak.

As for the remark about not being taught at home. That's an unsubstantiated remark. Especially since her mother recently passed away and she's in foster care!!!!
I think public figures should actually KNOW ALL THE FACTS & THINK before they speak.

  5. ALL THEY had to do was use that same phone to call her parents!!!

  6. I think that school officials who are trained in psychology should know what is going on with any child in their educational care before calling the authorities. Ths should have been handled easily in house. If this is the way we are going to respond we should just have the police teach class!!!

  7. It doesn't matter what this "child" was doing, there are protocols in place to deal with almost every situation. At this stage in the school year, the teacher SHOULD have some idea about the character of the students. She lost a family member! What that cop did has nothing to do with the actions of the student..NOTHING. She was disruptive and should be punished according to school policy.
I suspect that some students had gotten away with using their phones, but for some reason on this particular day the teacher was trying to enforce the rules and this girl wasn't trying to hear it. Just my opinion.
