  1. There was a lot of good dialogue in this episode, especially between Dr. Herman and Arizona. Geena Davis has really done a great job, especially lately, portraying Dr. Herman's struggles, desires, pride, and fears in a way that is humanizing and comes across as realistic.

Really liked hearing "Forget Me Forgotten" by Hollow Wood during the montage that ends with Dr. Herman telling Arizona about about all the past times she's been given hope. Grey's always gets me with the music…always.
