  1. Ken Shade says:

It's a good thing the Police Department will justify their Officer making the statement that, "I'll put a round in yo azz so f#cking quick". If they don't justify it then their officer would be in the wrong. I am fully aware of the fact that the majority of all cops are professional, however, there is a small percentage of assholes that are giving the entire profession a black eye.

  2. Jazz Rukiya says:

I only have one issue worth this video. He is required by law to give his drivers license when he is the driver of the car. The passengers do not have to. They should have taped him and been quiet. Don't give them a reason to do what they did, because you may get what you don't want. Assholes are everywhere, and many of them have badges.

  3. Jazz Rukiya says:

I can't stand with you if you are creating the problem. Be smart. Do what is asked. That gives no justifiable reason to act stupid. When you curse at an officer, you escalate the problem,

  4. Donna Stephens Green says:

Exactly! Why incite them? My husband has instructed our son, from a young age, how to address police officers if stopped…. "Yes Sir", " No Sir". Bottom line is you are black, and you better remember that when stopped. Being a smart ass will get you killed, and all the marching in the world won't bring you back.

  5. Brian Smith says:

What your saying is that the police are lawless and will do to you whatever they want.

  6. Ken Hitts says:

Every Black man should know that when there are 3 or more riding in a vehicle, there is a good chance that the police will give you a second look. Not justifying it, just saying it's reality.

  7. Jazz Rukiya says:

Brian, you have a better chance of holding them accountable if you are here to do it. They have no right to do whatever they want, but if you get stopped while driving a car, and you don't give them your license, they will use it for probable cause. knowing your rights is one thing, knowing how to use them is another. I know what kind of excuse they were using: 3 Black men in a car, and the driver refused to give id.

  8. By reading the comments it becomes obvious that we have no rights which the white man was bound to respect and we know it whats worse is we alright with it. he was pulled over and ithe lousy COP asked for his ID from the passager side of the car im sure its a cliff on the drivers side its obvious because of all the mountains in the back ground we so delusional we make it sound as if something they said or did made this happened NO a lousy COP who appears to pull a driver over with NO intent of it being a traffic stop had bad intentions is the problem here and some of us still believe that if u kiss his back side well enough he will not violate u as much ask the nonviolence protesters if that thinking has any logic. Criminals With Permission are what they are and u thinking u are in charge of the out come is laughable

  9. Joan Coulter says:

Ken – Don't kid yourself, the percentage is not so small. Thank god for camera videos. I think the small percentage is the "good cops." But, "having rights" and being a smart asz with these lawless cops is taking your life into your own hands.

  10. Shelton RebelRenegade Tucker says:

Jazz Rukiya If it was a regular traffic stop then he would've asked for LICENSE and REGISTRATION, not just ID. It obviously wasn't a traffic stop but just a police encounter while they were in the car. And by the way you are NOT required by law to give an officer your ID Just because he wants it without probable cause or reason for the stop. You CAN refuse to give ID. Yes this may anger the officer, but that's why they are TRAINED. They're not supposed to beat up and shoot everyone who may get smart with them. What you are suggesting is actually what Emboldens officers to treat people this way. And that is just letting them violate your rights and remaining silent out of fear of reprisal. Are they cops or gangsters?

  11. Brian Smith says:

If I'm legally going about my business and a police stop me and want my id, I'm going to ask him legal purpose does he have in asking me that. If he can't give me one, I'm leaving. I once had to put a police in his place because of how he confronted when I was heading towards the building I lived in….I said what I wanted to say to him and continued towards the building.

I make sure that I'm not violating any law, and I'm respectful to them, but at the same time, I also expect to be addressed by the police in respectful manor. And when they don't I'm going to say something to them about their attitude…..they don't own me, and they are not my god, so I don't fear them, they are just public servants.

  12. Jazz Rukiya says:

Shelton, no argument here. My concern is for the safety of the bruthas in the car. You can videotape all you want, but if you don't file a complaint and see it through, they will continue this. When they get a complaint, IA looks at how many other complaints they have in their jacket. You can curse them out all day, but if that dude has no mental constraint and a thin skin (most do) something bad can happen. It's not right by any means. If the driver was not driving and they were just sitting in the car, I see your point. But if he was, all I am saying is film him, give him the license and registration, and don't answer anything else. Only ask if you are under arrest, and if so, or being detained, state plainly I need to speak with my attorney. And no, I am NOT advocating FEAR. I am advocating how to FIGHT and have the proof to back it up! I have lost two cousins to this, and have dealt with them myself in the past. They wanted to beat me up and all I did was pull up to the theatre to let my brothers out so they could go to the movies. They wanted me and my 2 year old to get out of the car. I refused. They called a Sargeant, and my brothers called my Dad. There was a bunch of people at the theatre who refused to go in because of what they might do to me. Too many witnesses, (before cell phones). I wasn't scared of them, I was MAD! and I knew my rights, and I knew I did nothing wrong. That day, I won. I left and they got a huge complaint from my family. Cost them. That's why I am telling you, (but this is California) we gotta live to protect ourselves and our loved ones. That's all

  13. Jazz Rukiya says:

Thank you Donna! I couldn't have said it better! This is what I'm saying!

  14. Jazz Rukiya says:

Shelton RebelRenegade Tucker They are both!

  15. Shelton RebelRenegade Tucker says:

Jazz Rukiya Agreed. And for the record, I am definitely not advocating being belligerent or disrespectful to the officers. And we must also pick our battles. I just can't see myself conforming to a system of oppression and harassment. But like you said, self preservation should be the top priority. You're absolutely correct about following through once and injustice has been done. Too many of us complain and do nothing after getting a few gripes off our chests.

  16. Brian Smith says:

Justifying an action does not make the deed right. And what evidence is there that the majority of the police are not lawless?

  17. Jazz Rukiya says:

Absolutely! @ Brian, no, we shouldn't fear them! and they need to respect us because we pay their salary. But by no means are we going to sit back and be treated like second class citizens. This is why I believe in community policing. The police should reflect the community it serves, and they should have 40 hours of training on how to respect other cultures and ethnicities.

  18. Donna Stephens Green says:

I don't condone racial profiling, however, they immediately started cussing and being belligerent, instead of mannerly and professional. That's the proper way to state your case, and then follow through with legal action, if necessary.

  19. Tasha Murray-Reyes says:

But the probably get stopped all the time….as some point you will get frustrated. Think these guys were calm. You don’t just pull a gun out on people you don’t know.. they didn’t run their ID’s so they had no right to pull a gun out on them.

  20. ENeal Ken'dy says:

I agree with you that the rights of the black man have been quashed here (this was a clear violation of each of these individuals rights anyway), but this was in Florida (no mountains) and he pulls the driver out of the drivers side & throws him on the ground. other than that, you right on the money.

  21. ENeal Ken'dy says:

Jazz Rukiya so if you curse an officer they have the right to shoot you?

  22. ENeal Ken'dy It was a joke about the mountains lol just pointing out that every traffic stop i ever seen they approach the driver side and ask for the driver licence.

  23. Donna Stephens Green says:

Doesn't matter why they stopped them, and whether they are frustrated. Fact is they were stopped. I don't want my kid to turn up dead because they were mouthing off to the cops. If they had provided the ID, they may not have pissed him off.

  24. Twinzino Freeman says:

I live in Florida and after reading some of these comments its very clear that some of you are LIVING IN FEAR. The 1st Amendment is the FREEDOM OF SPEECH. You can say what you want at anytime to anybody. The police are no different. If you feel these dudes did something wrong then your kids will grow up living in fear and you are teaching them to "suffer peacefully"(Malcolm X)

  25. Tasha Murray-Reyes says:

Donna Stephens Green He didn’t refuse to give him the ID he just asks why do you need it, it’s a fair question, if they didn’t tell them why they were being stopped. I was stopped for and given a ticket because of making a wrong turn and my first questions was “did I do something wrong?” The officer told me about the turn and presented an ID. The guy in the back was the one that mouthed off and YES he was wrong, but the gun was pulled out on the passenger in the front, completely uncalled for. I’m sorry you just can’t treat the general public like criminals all the time. It starts of with young black men and then it’s everyone being treated like this, just like the video I saw the other day where they pulled a gun out on a mother and child and had the 7 year old walking with hands up in the air, only to find out they pulled over the wrong car. The poor kids was scared to death. These officers needs better training.

  26. Twinzino Freeman says:

    Well said bro

  27. Twinzino Freeman says:

Your husband has instructed your son to suffer peacefully (in the voice of Malcolm X)

  28. Simon Si says:

Holy cow, Aren't we engaging in VICTIM-BLAMING here? So, it's the black men's fault that the police violates their rights. So, the responsibility falls on Black men to ensure that white cops don't violate them or kill them by watching their behavior and by not asserting their rights. Really? So, should women be careful not to wear revealing clothes so as to ensure that others won't rape them? Should women not hit men first so as to ensure that they don't become victims of domestic violence? OR DOES VICTIM BLAMING ONLY APPLY TO UNARMED BLACK MEN WHO ARE VIOLATED OR KILLED BY THE POLICE?

  29. Simon Si says:

  31. Simon Si there is shared blame here, there disrespectful language is provoking the officers in my opinion. did you listen to the video.
provoke them and you will get what you ask ed for

  32. Sundiata Keita says:

that was all planned soon as the first cop got on his radio. second time i seen a video where they all got it coordinated. matter fact i think that video was in florida too. a black boy tripped or kicked by a cop

  33. Simon Si says:

So, is a woman hitting a man a "shared blame" for her getting physically abused? And since when merely exercising one's 1st amendment rights could be used for "VICTIM BLAMING? I only see this kind of Victim Blaming when it comes to Black men getting violated or killed by white cops? They have to watch how they are dressed or speak? That's plain nonsense.VICTIM BLAMING IS NEVER CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE FOR ANY OTHER SITUATION? That's very sad.

  34. Simon Si in some instances it is, thats called reflexes, not all. there are some so called men who are women beaters. some men are able to better handle themselves. my sisters was always told do not hit a man , you might get hit back.

  35. Tasha Murray-Reyes says:

    Simon Si exactly

  36. Jazz Rukiya says:

Simon and Eneal, where did I ever say that? You both have totally missed my point! Where are you getting that I'm blaming the victim? And no, I never said the officer has the right to shoot if you curse at them. Excuse me for giving information on the best way to fight them and stay alive at the same time. There is more than one way to beat the devil, but you may not see my point. But I respect your perspectives.

  37. Roland Sims says:

The best way to fight off rapists and stay alive is to not wear revealing clothes in the first place. Agree or not? If you don't agree and think that it's victim blaming , you'd be absolutely right. We should never put any blame on the victims, the blame should always be on the person violating the victim's rights.

  38. Jazz Rukiya says:

That is your perspective. I have mine, and again, some of you don't see my point. But that's ok. All I want is for our men, sons, and brothers to be alive to fight back. Nuff said, Good night.

  39. The sad part is a few of you on this post defends this tyranny first and foremost their is no such thing as a police officer and haven't been on record in the United States since 1929 they are policy enforcers they only enforce codes , statutes
and ordinances placing them in defacto status . Before you make a comment you should know what you are dealing with .Police started as slave catcher patrol and evolved into police agencies across this land mass and folks are surprised what's happening to us ….we need to wake up and stop allowing this madness and senseless killing of our people .
    and ordinances making

and ordinances not law. Making everything they do defacto. And violating human rights . Police started as slave catcher patrol and it evolved into

  40. Wow I thought we had freedom of speech. If I get pulled over, I should be able to say whatever the hell I want. I'm not in the ass kissing business. Most of you on here live in fear, man forget all that. I'd the constitution won't protect my rights, I'll protect them myself

  41. Ohyou Madhuh says:

Donna stephens green u is a disgrace how u going to tell him to say yes an no sir to them giving them more power its no reason for our black brothers fathers uncle cousin s best friend lovers ti say that to cops if u say it or not yhese police officers been killing us for years only thing different the white supremacist back in the day let us know how they really felt about us now u b amunst these white ppl an dont know how they really feel bout us back in the day when white ppl was an the kkk the good white ppl came out say an disown them an they played it smart they went to school an became police officers politician ppl that make the laws so only way this will stop unless you up root this justice system re write the constitution how we still using the constitution an it was written on racism slavery

  42. Iam Esoteric says:

This is pure ignorance. You missed the point. It DOES matter why or how many times they are stopped. Respect must be mutual. Would your husband be having that same conversation if your son was white? Matter of fact google the results published in a YALE study, White parents do not have to "coach" their children on how to deal with the police because it is likely they will not be profiled and when stopped they will be treated with respect. What your are advocating is a Jim crow mindset where black men are to keep there heads hung low and not demand the same respect given to men of other ethnicities.

  43. Jeff Hodgson says:

Yepp typical Florida cops always got the heads up there asses. Raised in West Palm Beach Florida graduated from Suncoast High Rivera Beach Florida now lives in Northern California, Very Typical cop in Florida !!

  44. Judy King says:

I wish we were all color blind 🙂

  45. Sundiata Keita says:

it dont matter if you get down and suck they dick. its nothing you to do to stop white supremacy when its in action except shoot first. black people get killed extrajudisciously every 28 hours by cops since Obama got elected. modern day lynchings.

  46. Nazi's doing what they do.. they're trained specifically to put black people in jail. Can't respect or talk to a Nazi with respect because it doesnt matter anyway, they want us dead or in prison & anyone that disagree hate people of color too

  47. Luis Mobuks says:

Fuck those power hungry pigz "danish" yea his fatass n the skinny tough guy with a bage and gun i bet he talks to him self in the mirror" ill blow you away" wat a tiny dick bitch

  48. Linda Davis says:

I agree with you Donna. You can fight the charges if you are alive but there is nothing you can do if you are dead. I think the cops a afraid and there is nothing more dangerous then a scared person with a gun. There is a time and a place for everything, and a black man being confronted by a white cop is not the time for a lip battle.
God Bless all by sisters and brothers. Be safe

  49. Simon Si says:

Linda Davis, I agree with you. A woman should never tempt a man to rape and kill her by wearing revealing clothes or by striking a man, she should always behave in a manner that does not cause others to violate or kill her. And to borrow your words, "there is nothing you can do if you are dead". Those men were simply exercising their 1st amendment rights, and if merely exercising their 1st amendment rights can be blamed for cops violating their rights or possibly killing them, then surely a woman's merely exercising her rights to wear revealing clothes can also be blamed for her getting raped and killed, right? Is that right, Linda Davis? Or does this focus on the victim's behavior only apply to black men being violated or killed by the police? Once again, how exactly does that work?

  50. The Florida Gestapo in action.

  51. Mike Hunter says:

Blah blah blah freedom of speech. Guess what there are always consequences for things that come out of your mouth. He told a cop “I have rights I’m recording your ass the fuck you’re gonna do? Bitch you’re on camera. What the fuck is wrong with you. Stupid ass cop” Lmao!! He basically challenged a cop and insulted him too. What a dumbass! Cop patiently waited for backup and then pulled them out of the car. It’s that simple. Saying you have rights is one things –but exercising them is a concept unknown to that guy in the car.

  52. Michael Morrone says:

Simon Si My thoughts exactly. It would be a different reaction here if it was a white guy exercising his rights. It usually is

  53. Diane Basinet says:

Donna Stephens Green So you think it's OK to live in a Gestapo state? Just do whatever the police tell you so you don't piss them off and get shot? People like you who excuse the police and tell everyone to do whatever they say are the reason they're so many corrupt and abusive cops out there.

  54. Diane Basinet says:

Brian Smith I don't think the majority of cops are lawless. But they all stick up for each other, so the ones who don't break the law are just as guilty as the ones who do, in my opinion.

  55. Diane Basinet says:

There is no question in my mind his Constitutional rights were violated by a racist cop. There is no question in my mind the driver was within his rights to refuse to show his ID. However, I think if you're going to challenge the cops (and we all should be doing it), I think it's important it be done respectfully. That way they can't blame you for escalating the situation or say you were resisting, interfering, blah, blah, blah. It's hard to blame the victim when he or she isn't yelling, cursing or doing anything except saying No, and am I being detained, and on what grounds and what is your probable cause, etc. The more we remain calm, the worse we make the cops look on film. I got a copy off the internet of something to give the cops when I'm stopped and I keep it in my glove compartment, along with a pocket copy of the constitution. I was stopped for no legitimate reason. I made sure no matter how loud he got I didn't raise my voice. The meaner he got, the nicer I got. Of course, I didn't give in, I was just really nice about it. I said, "I'm really sorry Officer, but I can't give you my ID because that would violate my Constitutional rights and those are what makes living in our country so great, wouldn't you agree? In fact I smiled the whole time. That was what made him REALLY mad. He knew he couldn't rattle me or scare me.

  56. Shelton RebelRenegade Tucker says:

Thanks Donna. Spoken like a true coward and sufferer of Post Traumatic Slave Disorder. I don't want my kid to turn up dead at the hands of some racist cop either. But I will NEVER teach them to eschew their GOD-GIVEN rights in the name of "safety." It is this refusal to stand up that emboldens MORE cops to treat us and our kids this way. It is this way of thinking that Allows for this madness to continue. It is this cowardice dressed as Logic that keeps police brutality alive and well through the generations. This madness must stop! And it won't as long as we keep our heads in the sand….

  57. Steve Garza says:

thats like telling your kids to say yes masser anything fa you boooss. and thats wrong. we have to stand up like rosa parks to the system. when enough people stand up, the system changes.

  58. @ Donna. You and your Husband are why black people will continue to suffer at the hands of injustice. I don't believe in calling people names but it pains me to see how some blacks just fall in line like good ole niggers. I pray that never speak for blacks and stay on the white side when its time for war. There is away to conduct yourself speaking to official but tat same standard is for all that are involved. Damn Stupid Negros.

  59. Oscar Turner says:

This is why the 2 cops were shot in New York. Police are one big gang.

  60. Georgia Boy says:

You think saying yes sir and no sir would make a difference? If you do then you are delusional unfortunately.

  61. Ronald Woodman says:

That is what I tell my son too for the sake of his survival BUT IT IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR THOSE PIGS TO ABUSE THEIR POWER SO TUNE IT DOWN YOU SOUND LIKE A FUCKING HOUSE SLAVE!!! Those boys did nothing WRONG they just put their asses on the line for PRINCIPLE! It was brave and Dangerous but right… But I would not expect a SLAVE to Understand

  62. Jane Clark says:

Tasha Reyes-Murray they don't need better training, they need to be fired period

  63. Smh @ some of the most ignorant , brainwashed individuals on this earth if you think that allowing your rights to be violated , just to PLEASE a police officers whim is okay. And I feel sorry for your children if you teach them that same foolishness. They problem with the world today… Nobody stands up for themselves when it matters, let the government continue its war on the middle and lower class. Yeah, teach your kids to Keep saying "YES" to being eradicated in due time.

  64. Roy Coleman says:

That's why they have psychological testing to see they respond to situations such as these. In an affluent neighborhood they are treated much worse. In those cases they take it until they find someone with less status to vent their anger. It's not the cussing per say but the status of the one doing the cussing!!!

  65. Joe Mclamb says:

I heard the whole story on this stop and saw the FULL SCREEN version of the video. The reasonable suspicion for the stop was that the officer smelled marijuana coming from the car driving by it. You can't see it in this video because it has been edited from the full screen format, but these kids actually filmed themselves trying to hide the bong they were smoking from. The two in the back seat filming had it.

  67. Todd Keefer says:

Lol. First, I'll preface with our legal system / society is racist and blacks are mistreated by law enforcement. That's undeniable.

But, these guys were completely ignorant and they deserved what they got. You're going to call someone a bitch, cracker, etc. Seriously?

Learn your rights and how to handle yourself when dealing with police. There's a right way and then there's this video.

  70. OK…even IF true does that JUSTIFY the reason right to IMMEDIATELY PULL A FIREARM on them sitting in a car NOT being threatening (rude yes…THREATENING NO!!!) & to say "i'll put a round in your ass""…you (& your kind) are EXACTLY WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS NATION…YOU CONTINUALLY/REPEATEDLY DEFEND THE CRIMINALISTIC ACTIONS OF L.E….

  76. Ken Shade says:

Twinzino, you are correct with respect to the 1st amendment giving the right to free speech, however it does not allow one to say whatever they want to say. Free Speech has limits as defined by the Supreme Court. If you say it, you own it and free speech comes with responsibilities and liabilities.

  77. Dale Cover says:

"Imminent lawless action" is a standard currently used that was established by the United States Supreme Court in Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969), for defining the limits of freedom of speech. Brandenburg clarified what constituted a "clear and present danger", the standard established by Schenck v. United States (1919), and overruled Whitney v. California (1927), which had held that speech that merely advocated violence could be made illegal.Under the imminent lawless action test, speech is not protected by the First Amendment if the speaker intends to incite a violation of the law that is both imminent and likely.

  87. Joe Mclamb says:

Tahir A. Nur-Din Had they not been breaking the law, and not been acting in threatening suspicious manner after they were caught this wouldn't have happened. Hands all over the place and how is the officer to know if they have weapons or not? The only criminals I saw were the individuals breaking the law. So just what is "my kind"? I saw the unedited footage before it was changed to incite hatred and violence. Maybe you should do some research to find reasoning with a incident before taking the knee jerk reaction.

  88. Joe Mclamb says:

Jeremy Moore Why wouldn't they? They always ask for ID in the course of every criminal investigation. A bong is drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor in most states to possess still. Not sure if your response was to me or others.

  90. Joe Mclamb says:

Rob Truck-Camion Jones I can agree with your view that the officer was over the top with his language. In some cases I guess it takes a overwhelming threat to get control of a situation, people don't understand the serious nature of their actions in a police encounter. I am sure it is against the local policy for a officer to use profanity. In that aspect he gave as good as they were getting from the youths in the car. I know I would probably react in a threatening manner if I had to approach a car being out numbered and wondering if someone would pull a gun at any second. What would you do? Marijuana is still illegal in most states. It's going to take the proper representation in government to change that. That's on our elected officials, not the police. Big difference when someone does put their hands up and surrender vs moving hands all around. They could have been hiding a small petty amount of weed or digging for guns. Cops never know when walking up on a car.

  91. Ken Shade says:

Rob Truck-Camion Jones I agree with you but still feel free speech has it's limits.

  92. Joe Mclamb says:

Rob Truck-Camion Jones A hand with a phone can't hold a gun and their recording did help the case when they videoed the paraphernalia. The first officer was pretty consistent in his approach and pulled the driver out of the car when backup arrived. Thing is, you never know if that threat is justified or not until after the situation is under control. Lax complacency gets people killed. From what I read, they had reasonable suspicion to make the stop and then probable cause when he saw the bong. Their disrespectful nature and resisting requests for ID is probably what set him off. Most cops will only ask 3 times for ID and then it's some sort of obstructing justice charge. He may have had a mic on him and had a camera rolling in the car recording the whole stop. The best I ever heard a attorney put it, "Trying to fight your case on the street with the police is always a no gain high loss endeavor." He got a little impatient when the first "Why do you need my ID?". It went well south when the one in the back of the car started swearing and name calling, and if he heard the cracker remark which I doubt….The 2nd officer shows up and only knows one thing, the 1st cop needs backup and that can be the worst situation ever. That guy doesn't know what's going on when he shows up. I like to shoot pistol competitions and get around some of these guys from time to time. I like to listen to everything they say. Maybe it will keep me out of trouble one day.

  93. Kliff Khaffin says:

Wtf cops are such little girls.. bitch ass mf

  94. Sabrina Mary Chiovitti says:

Hey, let's cuss at this asshole officer just to see if he'll ACTUALLY shoot us!!

  95. Brian McPherson says:

    Well that escalated quickly.

  96. Bill Jamison says:

Rob Truck-Camion Jones Number one, these are NOT KIDS. They are adults, they are smart asses and reactionaries and they do NOT have rights to swear in public or curse an officer. You racist fucks act as if the law does not apply to you. That is why Mike Brown got his big dumb ass shot, he was a fucking criminal, he resisted arrest and stole shit not his. Eric Garner arrested 7 times for selling un-packaged cigarettes and on the 8th that dumb ass decides to resist and dies because he is fat, has heart diseases, asthma and diabetes. There was NO choke hold. He was yelling "I can't breathe" ANY EMT will tell you if you can talk you are breathing. Your color does not give you the right to break the law and resist. Your color does NOT give you the right to run your fucking mouth without it being placed face first on the ground.

  97. Bill Jamison says:

Tasha Reyes-Murray It is NOT a "fair question". When did you get your law degree? When an officer asks for ID he has the right to do so in the course of conducting a traffic stop. 90% of the problem is people who THINK they know the law.

  98. Bill Jamison says:

I always thought black people were one big gang. YOU are the racist mother fuckers, wanting reparations for 200 years ago when many of you never hit a fucking lick. Gang this bitch.

  99. Bill Jamison says:

You do NOT have exemptions from the law Knee Grow. THINK.

  100. Bill Jamison says:

Yeah, sure. You ain't Ali motherfucker.

  101. Bill Jamison says:

And it's THEIR guns mother fucker.

  102. Bill Jamison says:

How else do you get them to comply but warn them the force will be ratcheted up? They are too fucking stupid to just comply and be on their way.

  103. Bill Jamison says:

Who do you know who has ever been a slave or owned one?

  104. Bill Jamison says:

They violated the law dumb ass and during that traffic stop they must comply, but take your turn getting your ass kicked.

  105. Bill Jamison says:

Black women create more shit with their loud, crow like calls and screaming, if you would just fix a fucking sammich and stfu your world would be better.

  106. Brian Smith says:

Diane Basinet then they are just as bad…….that makes them lawless as well. If you knowingly harbor a criminal in your home, you will be arrested as well. So why should we look at it any different when its the police that is doing it?

  107. Bill Jamison says:

Brian Smith You poor, pathetic victim. Too stupid to realize the law applies to YOU.

  108. Brian Smith says:

Bill Jamison, what are you talking about?

  109. Bill Jamison says:

    Oscar Turner .

  110. Chris White says:

😀 "Why you need my ID?" Cop: "Because you're driving the car." 😀 THEN THEY CALLED HIM A BITCH AND A CRACKER. How do you think they look to a cop who's risking his life protecting you? Nice try!

  111. Keisha Jenkins says:

But that's the problem Donna. Why is exercising your rights inciting them? Why has the culture of the Police force made it so that we have to be on edge when we come in contact with them?

  112. Bob Gordon says:

I am white and have the same stuff pulled on me by both white and black cops , guns put to my head , threats of killing me etc .

  113. Bob Gordon says:

Bill Jamison , you forgot about due process and probable cause , what exactly were them "cops " investigating?

  114. Just lower your head when they speak to you, don't look them in the eye, willingly give up your rights (better yet, understand that you *have* no rights), allow whatever humiliation, criminal acts, etc. that they deem necessary, never complain or attempt to get justice, follow any orders they give (no matter how stupid), and most of all be aware they are the *almighty* and *never* to be challenged or disobeyed on *anything.* Did I leave anything out, sheeple? #Policethepolice!

  115. Bill Jamison : What law?

  116. Bill Jamison: Who do you know that fought in the Civil War? But no problem with displaying that flag, doing reenactments, etc. So what's the problem with remembering 'slave' history?

  117. Bill Jamison: It seems you 'couldn't' care less if they remember and celebrate that history, but it's absolutely racist for Blacks to remember the history of slavery, because it causes them to "go burn a Quik Trip." But re-enactors' only burn Quik Trips, etc. when their team wins a championship. And when you count the hundreds of thousands of BLACKS (I'm using your math calculations) who've died defending the 'freedoms' and laws of *this* country, even when not allowed to participate in them, you'd better understand we're not going *anywhere.* If you hate American Blacks so much, why don't *you* move to another country? With subsidized housing, EBT cards, WIC, etc., because *whites* use these allowances in much greater numbers than Blacks. And judging by those applying for these 'benefits', these women have broods by different men, no daddy in the house and depend on working people (like me and mine) to support their broods and acting like they're superior to the laws with a little black trash thrown in. On second thought, I just remembered what my dear mother used to say:The hardest thing in the world is to get a new thought in a closed mine. Continue with your delusion………Goodbye

  118. Aj Iceberg says:

I'm a polite dude but this is wrong. This is what they wanted though. They wanted to own us like property. Now they are trying to own the USA. Will whites hate for blacks allow them to take over while causing a race war? This is the plan white people. Everybody stay safe and stay informed.

  119. Linda Fahr says:

Those white officers…if I have to called it officer? They are not humans. They behave like BEASTS. They aren't homo sapiens, as we well know by their DNA studies results. But, they still think they are superior because they are albinos, and can kill l and walk all over Negros Homo Sapiens. But…the last chapter of American and European history has not been written yet…Those beasts eventually will disappear from the planet Earth. And finally, we humans will live in peace!

  120. Linda Fahr says:

I am not surprised of their beast behavior. If you look deep into history, those albinos have been terrorizing and exterminating others for long time. Everywhere they go they they terrorized and exterminated. They terrorized and exterminated Negroids Europeans and Negroid Middle eastern. , they terrorized and exterminated in Indian Subcontinent where they were called White Huns. They terrorized and exterminate millions in South, Central and North America. They terrorized and exterminated millions in Australia and the around regions, they exterminated and terrorized millions in China – with Opium and wars. The last time they terrorized and exterminated massively was during their invasions and colonizations , from North to South Africa. Beside exterminate, they brought their dirty diseases with them, and steals our land of which today they are called their own. They are NATURALLY CRIMINALS. They are the worldwide killers and terrorists.

  121. Bill Jamison says:

Bob Gordon Yeah, right Bob, they just pulled them over for no reason. We do not KNOW the reason but what we do know is if you run your mouth and call them cracker ass mother fuckers you are not in good favor. I have NEVER acted this way when stopped……EVER. You give respect you get it. You run your mouth and you are a dumb ass looking for trouble. Your mental make up tells you you are kissing whitey's ass. You fuck up, you get stopped, you behave. As long as you have this fucking persecution complex this shit will continue. "FUCK" is a common word in black language, used like "hi" or "good bye". Dial it down a notch.

  122. Allin Fasho says:

Bill Jamison spare me the english lessons pussy….Now did I say that right.. go kill yourself.

  123. Salioop Oop says:

QUICK! Which one of the guys in the car likes pistachio ice cream? Which one can recite the alphabet backwards? Which one can tune a carburetor? Finally, which one has a pistol in his pocket? Can't answer any of these questions and it don't really matter with the first 3, only the last one can get you killed… That's why cops treat everyone like they're guilty until they can control the situation and sort it all out… Get a clue… Look at this video… http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=782_1420640191

  124. Dan Meler says:

What the fuck is so hard about cooperating? I mean really? They acted like assholes! Donna Stephens Green is exactly right, it's the law! You think cause I'm white I haven't run into asshole cops? I can promise you one thing, unless you got a warrant your chances of not getting a ticket are 95% better if you don't act like the dickheads these little punks were. In all honesty, a good ole country ass whoopin might teach 'em some manners, and just to keep it non racist if they know their daddy he can do it.

  125. Bill Jamison if we are adults sharing their opinions why are you cursing at me through the internet. I seriously doubt you would talk to me that way face to face so please lets keep conversations with strangers civil and respectful. Even if we don't agree we can agree to be respectful. If you cannot do that then don't join in on grown people conversations.

  126. HEY GREEN, THAT PRICK WAS PISSED OFF BEFORE HE ASKED THEM FOR ID. MAYBE YOU LIKE TO KOWTOW TO A WHITE MAN, COP OR NO COP. YOU DON'T YES SIR, NO SIR ANYONE WHO SHOWS YOU NO RESPECT. LET A MAN BE A MAN. MY BUDDY GOT SHOT, GOING HOME TO GET MINE…..STRAIGHTEN THAT SHIT OUT. THAT IS WHAT SACRIFICE IS ABOUT……….STOP THIS DUMB SHIT….I AM HUMAN.

  127. bill Jamison: I see you have your girlfriend as your cover photo. btw, how can you tell if a white person is not racist?………….no pulse.

  128. Jerome Cross says:

Donna Stephens Green yes sur boss any thing you say boss, fuck me in the ass , sure boss would you like a picece of cake with that, Wake up donna, you don't have to do any fucking thing for them to kill you.

  129. Jerome Cross says:

Bill Jamison well kiss my ass ain't jenny.

  130. Brian Smith says:

But yet, Americans tell the world that only in the U.S are people's rights respected. But thank God for the internet and YouTube, the whole world is seeing the lie that was propagated by the media and opportunistic politicians.

  131. Brian Smith says:

Tasha Reyes-Murray better training? No amount of bad training or whomever is in charge can ever make me violate the law. They need to think for themselves and have some common sense.

  132. Brian Smith says:

That's true, but the police don't always respect the law……the police departments is filled with people who should be in jail instead of on the street terrorizing law abiding citizens. I use to live in Miami Florida and its no expectation their either. New York is the same as well. In the Bronx where live, I had to reprimanded a cop once for speaking to me in a disrespectful way, when I was close to the apartment that I live in…..its as if they were not taught to be respectful.

  133. Brian Smith says:

Diane, when the police sticks up for a fellow police officer that violates the law, then then they are also lawless.

  134. Ms. Stephens Green, I understand your frustration but I have to disagree on what you and your husband teach your boys, PLEASE hear me out. First you teach your sons, because they are black they better to talk to the police correctly or they can possibly be shot, this teach black males that the reason we are suffering this mistreatment is because of our black skin , and that is far from the truth. Black males have the problems with the police not because they are black, but because they are WHITE!!!!!! White society is afraid of our young boys. They see us as a scary monster other than who we are, Don't put that on your boys!!!! We need to stop saying that to our kids. Then you tell them to say yes sir and no sir to this white racist system, WHAT!?!?!? If I come over to your house and steal all of your belongings and beat your kids are you going to say yes sir to me and respect me? I know your scared to death… But you're teaching your strong black men to bow down to a racist system which then teach them that they are inferior to whites. I love everyone but it is what it is..

  135. Ray Hampton says:

This year has brought a lot of attention to the policing of minorities and minority communities around the United States. Hand held cameras have been a vital resource in documenting the treatment of the people that have been involved in police altercations in public.
After marching, unrest and riots, the police and our elected government officials want to dialog.
with blacks and calm down the violence. They want those pockets of disgruntled American's to go home and return their cities back to a state of calm. I think they are right, we do need to return to calm, but also we need to remain vigilant, we need to maintain a state of alert for the wrong doing of the police departments the supposedly protect us.
We need to continue video taping the police, to protect our families and friends from harm.
We need to video tape our elected officials, so that they don't forget the promises they are making to us, as a nation to keep us safe, from all threats to us as American citizens, from all enemies both foreign and domestic.
These incidents have brought awareness, please don't stop reporting and documenting what you see as injustice. St. Louis, Atlanta, Los Angeles are just a start, don't stop video taping and posting the violations of what are our civil rights. It should spread from coast to coast, the tapes, the videos and your comments. On Facebook, on Twitter, on any media that will keep these actions in the NEWS and in the face of all of us until it is a memory to our children and not a reality that they live, like we have. Color isn't prejudice…… people are.

  136. Bill Jamison Find another country full of hateful people like you.

  137. Ken Shade Very wel put mate. I do not condone the actions of many police officers who think and act above the very law they are there to uphold. After living in the states for 14yrs I can honestly say that the african americans have more attitude and racial hate towards the whites than you realize. And then they wonder why it's given back! Maybe if everyone was a bit more respectful towards one another none of this barbaric behaviour would be taking place. If a white man was shot by police, would you see riots and looting as we saw in BALTIMORE? NO SIR! I rest my case. Grow up guys!

  138. Terry Moore says:

Thus the problem, putting rounds in people so fast! They should be fired!

  139. Rod Harvey says:

Donna Stephens Green…..PEOPLE LIVING IN FEAR….ARE ALREADY DEAD PEOPLE WALKING….
