A New York resident died Thursday after several police officers put the man, who was reportedly asthmatic, in a chokehold and apparently slammed his head on the sidewalk.
The New York Daily News obtained exclusive video of the incident, which shows Eric Garner, 43, begging officers to let him breathe as he lies helpless on the sidewalk.

This also happened in Metro Detroit at Northland Mall where a group of white security guards MURDERED a black man by suffocating him. All those cowardly officers are needed for someone allegedly selling cigarettes on the street? I have noticed that when these incidence happen it is always a gang of white officers involved and a jury pool of all whites to acquit them. NYPD is notorious for slaying unarmed black men and walking free. While Jersey City officials found it to be disgusting that a shrine would be placed memorializing a black man who killed a police officer there, I on the other hand look at videos such as this and become disgusted that officers can callously snuff out a black mans life as if he was garbage. Then to add salt to the wound you see where the video shows one thing yet NYPD states that this gentleman took a "fighting stance" did I watch the same video as the NYPD? When dealing with these police departments maybe the saying "It is better to be tried by 12 then carried by 6 " is justice. White privilege within police departments are producing MURDERERS not officers who protect and serve when it comes to black men.
Unbelievable. I can't even fathom what his family must be going through. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The brutality of these cops is astounding.
