Pat Garofalo
It seems Minnesota state representative Garofalo thinks the NBA is just a league of violent would-be offenders who, if they were not busy playing basketball on the court, would engage in unlawful behavior.
Garofalo sent out this tweet after watching a Minnesota Timberwolves game:
