DJ Kay Slay’s “Rise Of A City” mixtape has produced a few rap hits, most notably the “Keep Calm” single, which features 2 Chainz, Jadakiss and Juicy J. Now Kay Slay is back with an entire new lineup for the “Keep Calm” remix. As reported by vibe.com:
“DJ Kay Slay rounds up the troops yet again for a remix to ‘Keep Calm’ from his Rise of A City mixtape. Juicy J, Jadakiss and 2 Chainz get subbed-out of the original track for French Montana, Chinx Drugz, Gooney, Sheek Louch and Styles P, while Rico Love remains on hook duty. Reserving Kay Slay’s signature New York knock, the second go ’round features the required slick-talking bars from its new set of spitters.”
Kay Slay is also gearing up for a new album titled “Rhyme Or Die” that should be released later this year.
