‘Couples Therapy’ Season 4, Episode 4: ‘Fess Up’

Couples Therapy Season 4 Episode 4 Fess Up 2

“Couples Therapy” season 4, episode 4: “Fess Up” premieres tonight on VH1.

This week, In Jon and Liz’s first group session, they admit to breaking each others’ trust due to their side relationships. Sada questions whether Farrah’s sex tape was amateur or professional and this isolates Farrah more from the group. In an emotional therapy session with Dr. Jenn, Farrah admits that a big reason she acts the way she does is because of her parents, and that makes it hard for her to connect with people. It is Sada’s birthday, and the group celebrates with a big party, but Whitney gets upset with Sada because she catches her flirting with Ghost, and the two end the night in a screaming match. Liz discovers Jon in a compromising position, and Liz’s reaction makes Jon realize that Liz is more like his ex-wife than he thought.

Here’s VH1′s description of the show:

“Relationships are hard enough, but imagine the pressure of having your hook-ups, “bumps” on the relationship road and breakups as fodder for the tabloids. More and more, it seems couples whose matters of the heart play out in the public eye are calling it quits and throwing in the towel on their relationships. Why is it so tough for these couples to stay together? Looking to shed light on the issue, VH1 will once again examine the complicated and often misunderstood world of high-profile relationships with season 4 of  “Couples Therapy”.

This season is more explosive and dramatic than ever as Dr. Jenn and her staff explore new relationship territory with the series’ first married lesbian couple, and one couple’s relationship is so fragile it breaks just as therapy is getting underway.

This season’s couples include Taylor Armstrong from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and her partner John Bluher, Ghostface from The WuTang Clan and his partner Kelsey Byers, Jon Gosselin from “Jon and Kate Plus 8″ and his partner Liz Jannetta, Sada Bettencourt and Whitney Mixter from “The Real L Word”, and finally Farrah Abraham from MTV’s “16 and Pregnant” and “Teen Mom”.”

“Couples Therapy” season 4, episode 4: “Fess Up”  airs Thurs. Jan. 23, 9 p.m. EST, on VH1. Check out a sneak peek of the coming episode below.
