50 Cent has come a long way from being just a rapper from Jamaica, New York. He has made himself into a true entertainment mogul whose portfolio makes millions, with music serving as his gateway into other areas. He met with XXL recently for an interview about his current music and new ventures like his headphone company.

“XXL caught up with 50 Cent while celebrating the release of his new SMS headphones at Henri Bendel in NYC. Chatting with the Queens MC about the state of his current endeavors as well as other happenings in hip-hop, 50 held no bars when it came to the topics pondered. Giving the status of his forthcoming album, his thoughts on Kendrick Lamar, the Kanye rants, and his new SMS products; the mogul is not lying when he says he truly entails that ‘Animal Ambition.'”
50 Cent may not be as hot musically as he was in the early 2000s. It has been a while since he’s had a smash single, or a buzz-filled album. However, he stays relevant through his other ventures and his accumulation of wealth. Whenever there’s a “top earners” list in entertainment, it’s hard to keep 50 cent off it because he’s the ultimate businessman.
