The first two games of Oklahoma Thunder against the Golden State Warriors have been among the more exciting games and finishes of the season. A few weeks back, the Warriors; Andre Iguodala hit an buzzer-beater jump shot from the baseline to knock off the Thunder. Friday night, OKC point guard Russell Westbrook made a game-winner of his own, a three-point corner jumper when the Thunder trailed by 2.
There was drama leading up to Westbrook’s heroics. Serge Ibaka missed a jump shot, but Westbrook crashed the boards and kept the ball alive. The ball was saved in the skirmish to Westbrook, who dribbled once and fired.
Westbrook’s foot at first looked as though it was one the three-point line. However, the three-point ruling was upheld after review for the Oklahoma City dramatic win.
