Busta Rhymes and A Tribe Called Quest’s collaboration on “Scenario” is a classic song that has stood the test of time. So it was only right that during Tribe’s opening act at Barclays Center in Brooklyn for the Yeezus tour that they bring out Busta Rhymes to perform as well. As reported by hiphopwired.com:
“A Tribe Called Quest hit the Barclays Center last night (November 20) as the opening act of Kanye West’s Yeezus tour’s second night in Brooklyn. Besides bringing out Busta Rhymes for a spirited rendition of “Scenario,” ATCQ kicked it backstage with Dave Chappelle, Jack White of the White Stripes and the Mighty Mos Def Yasiin Bey.
The legendary Hip-Hop group had a dope set—which featured a real life Bonita Applebum—for what is allegedly one of its final shows as a unit. It also happened to be Phife Dawg’s birthday and the Tribe and friends celebrated the 5 Foot Assassin’s birthday with a cake designed to look like a mic and a gold chain as well as sports themed cupcakes.”
