Pancreatic cancer: A study was done at Philadelphia’s Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson and the researchers found that by adding Nigella sativa, 80 percent of pancreatic cancer cells were destroyed. Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in America with a 4 percent survival rate after five years using conventional treatments. 2). Colon cancer: In 2010, a research project was conducted in Tanta, Egypt, on the use of Nigella sativa against colon cancer in rats.
