The “Ride” singer jetted from New York where she celebrated her 28th birthday and engagement to host another birthday event sponsored by Moet & Chandon at their Moet Rose lounge.
Dressed in a stunning black sheer Alon Livne Fall 2013 Cutout Gown, Ciara is making it clear early on that she has no intentions of allowing marriage to make her a dull woman.
