Calvin Johnson returned to the Detroit Lions practice field on Thursday. However, it’s unclear if the wide receiver will play this weekend at Cleveland.

“I’m feeling better,” Johnson said. “I’ll just leave it at that.”

Johnson was placed on the team’s inactive list following a loss to Green Bay last weekend after injuring his right knee. He didn’t take part in the activities in practice Wednesday, but he did participate on Thursday during some practice drills.

Johnson did some footwork and pass-catching exercises with other receivers, but didn’t participate in every drill.

Detroit lost to the Packers 22-9 after Johnson went down. So far in the season, the all-star receiver has 21 catches for 312 yards and four touchdowns.
