Reggie Bush may be back in the Detroit Lions’ starting lineup this week.
The running back practiced Wednesday, after injuring his left knee, which caused him to miss a game.
Lions’ receiver Nate Burleson, recently broke his arm in a car accident, so Bush would give the team a much needed push on offense Sunday against the Chicago Bears.
With the exception of Friday, Bush sat out the entire last week of practice, when the team did limited activity. They placed him on the inactive list for last Sunday’s game, where they defeated the Washington Redskins at home.
The popular player was injured in a Week 2 loss against the Arizona Cardinals. Prior to that, he raked up 191 yards of offense in Lions’ season debut against the Minnesota Vikings.
