A few weeks back, Gay spoke in an interview where he admitted to having tested positive for performing-enhancing drugs on May 16.
According to The Associate Press, three people familiar with Gay’s results said he failed multiple drug tests this year. One source, said the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency notified the sprinter after his positive results came at the U.S. nationals track and field meet.
The AP attempted to contact Gay’s representatives to no response.
