Miller has multiple teams interested in him, including the Houston Rockets and the San Antonio Spurs, but according to Ken Berger of CBSSports.com, “Miller is telling friends he’s likely to sign with the Thunder.”
The Thunder will only pay the 33-year-old shooting guard league minimum, but the Heat still owes him over $12 million for the next two years after waving him with the amnesty provision.
Miller played with the Heat team that beat the Thunder in the 2012 NBA finals. In the clinching Game 5, he hit an impressive 7 of 8 from 3-point range.
