The ordeal was caught on tape. Officers seemed stunned and disoriented after the fireworks went off and this prevented them from seeing exactly where the culprits fled. Police scrambled to locate and apprehend the perpetrators, recruiting a helicopter and more cops in the search. However, the perpetrators got away. Fortunately, no one was injured.
