New 'The Wolverine' Trailer Pounces Online

James Mangold’s Marvel comics project The Wolverine has been blessed with another trailer.

Most of the scenes were already shown in the first full-length trailer, but there is some additional footage that provides a better glimpse into the film’s plot.

In the first Wolverine flick, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, we witnessed how Logan got his claws and anger management issues.  The new trailer offers more details into why and how he tries to get rid of both.

Logan’s life seems to have completely fallen apart. He’s plagued with nightmares about killing Jean Grey, his beard wreaks of bad hygiene and poor grooming. When someone has lived for a very long time and it’s nearly impossible for them to get killed, it’s understandable why they’re severely depressed – right?

So when an “old friend” offers to cure Logan’s immortality stating, ”A man can run out of things to live for,” it’s obvious our favorite antihero would accept it.

“Well that day ain’t here yet,” responds Logan, which was a relief to hear because who wants to see a weak clawless Wolverine.

The Wolverine hits theaters July 26.
