Will Arnett Cast In 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'

Looks like things are really coming together for the part CGI/ part live action Michael Bay movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Funnyman, Will Arnett officially joins the cast, however in what capacity is still unknown.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that the only available roles include Splinter, the wise and smart rat who aides the Turtles, or Shredder, a masked and mysterious bad guy. It has been confirmed that Arnett is NOT taking on the human role of Casey, but that role is yet to be cast. Only time will tell just who Will Arnett will be on the big screen.

You may recognize the versatile actor from his role as Gob on Arrested Development, Christina Applegate’s hubby on Up All Night, or Devon Banks on the late 30 Rock. He has some experience with voice acting, bringing life to characters in Despicable Me, Ratatouille, and the upcoming Lego Movie.  

He joins Megan Fox, who will play April, and newcomers Alan Ritchson, Pete Ploszek, Jeremy Howard and Noel Fisher, as the Ninja Turtles.
