Emma Roberts To Star In Fox's TV Show 'Delirium'

 Emma Roberts will be back on the television screen as she gears up to play in the new Fox drama Delirium.

The former star of Nickelodeon’s Unfabulous, has been casted to play the lead role in the Fox pilot from Karyn Usher, 20th TV, and Chernin Entertainment, according to Hollywood Reporter.

Based on Lauren Oliver’s best-selling trilogy, Delirium is about a world where love is deemed illegal and special procedure are but into play to prevent the possibility. With 95 days left  until her scheduled treatment, Lena Holoway (Roberts) does the unthinkable, she falls in love, sparking all the controversy.

Roberts plays Lena, the rebellious heart of the drama. Karyn Usher will executive produce alongside Peter Chernin, Katherine Pope, Paula Mazur and Mitchell Kaplan.

Emma Roberts starred in films such as Nancy Drew, Hotel For Dogs and Scream 4. She previously completed a role in We’re the Millers opposite Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudekis.
