The upcoming film, which will feature the Hollywood badboy, Charlie Sheen, as the Presisent of the United States, has received its release date. Open Road is slated to deliver Robert Rodriquez’s Machete Kills on September 13, 2013.
Machete Kills is a sequel to the film Machete, and is centered on a arms dealers/Mexican cartel leader. In the film, the U.S. government tries to anxiously put a stop to Danny Trejo’s character, who is a former Mexican federales who disgraced the agency by turning into a cartel criminal. The Mexican cartel leader will be even more dangerous this time around, not only will he have exclusive weapons on the ground but also another important weapon in space.
Other than Trejo, Machete Kills stars Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Amber Heard, Charlie Sheen, Lady Gaga, Antonio Banderas, Jessica Alba, Demián Bichir, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Cuba Gooding, Jr., William Sadler, Marko Zaror and Mel Gibson.
