Lee Rolontz, the executive vp original music production and development at VH1 and VH1 Classic said the tributes to Houston and Summer,
“The world has truly been inspired by dance music, and what better way for VH1 to pay tribute than by honoring legends Whitney Houston and Donna Summer through song and dance.”
VH1 Divas will benefit the VH1 Save the Music Foundation, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping music education alive in American public schools.
