Rescue Me alum Larenz Tate has joined the cast of Showtime’s comedy House Of Lies in a recurring role. He will play Marty’s (Don Cheadle) brother Malcolm. Malcolm is smart and educated; he is his father’s favorite and the ultimate sham artist.
House Of Lies, which earned star Cheadle an Emmy nomination, kicks off its second season on January 13. Tate, whose feature credits Menace II Society, The Inkwell, Dead Presidents, Love Jones, Why Do Fools Fall in Love, Biker Boyz, A Man Apart, and Ray is repped by APA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.
Both he and Cheadle appeared as brothers in the Oscar winning film Crash. He next stars in the upcoming BET movie Gun Hill.
