Beyonce met up with BFF Gwyneth Paltrow and a group of other A-list celebs in New York to party it up for Paltrow’s 40th birthday while husband Jay-Z was busy turning a model into a YouTube chef.
Gwyneth was over seas in Italy with her husband Chris Martin and her two kids when she turned 40 on September 27, and then had a lavish star studded dinner in London a few days later.
Celebrating the big 4-0 over seas is always fun, but for the Shakespeare in Love star she made sure her biggest bash happened on home soil.
The American actress and singer had a third birthday celebration with a small group of her closest friends, who also happen to be some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
The Avengers actress arrived at the extravagant Elio’s restaurant on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with bestie Cameron Diaz and a few minutes later Queen Bey pulled up in a lavish $1 million dollar custom Benz van with a baby carriage in the back.
Lately, the “Dance for You” songstress has been inseparable from her husband Jay-Z and baby Blue Ivy, but tonight was a mother’s night out on the town as neither of her two loved ones accompanied her.
Also in attendance was Chelsea Handler, Kristin Wig, Gwyn’s mother Blythe Danner, Ethan Hawke, and more.
All because Jay-Z was missing out the birthday party didn’t mean he was just at home with nothing to do.
The hip hop mogul has been in the process of preparing his YouTube channel for it’s relaunch.
According to CNN, Jay will be relaunching the site this Saturday and has called on the help of a gorgeous fashion model… but she won’t be working the runway for this gig.
British supermodel Jourdan Dunn will be starring in her own cooking series on the channel titled, “Well Dunn with Jourdan Dunn.”
She was discovered in Primark during an afterschool shopping spree when she was whisked away to become a model, but even then she probably would have never guessed that her next step after the runway would take her into the kitchen.
Dunn has always loved some good barbecue chicken wings, steaks, Galaxy chocolates and other mouth watering treats and now she will finally have the chance to show off her culinary talents on the “Empire State” rapper’s YouTube channel.
The 22-year-old “can’t wait” to see the finished product but until then she will still be sharing all her delicious meals with her followers on Twitter.
The aspiring culinary genius always tweets pictures of her latest edible creations and recently uploaded a picture of some homemade sweet and sour ribs along with the caption, “To find out how I made them stay tune for the show.”
The actual release date for Dunn’s show hasn’t been revealed but fans can expect a surprise appearance from another London superstar Lara Stone.
Stone is currently a model for Calvin Klein but has revealed she also has a love for cooking and wants to open her own burger joint called Lara’s Baps and Buns.
Without a doubt the two London beauties can throw down in the kitchen and Lara’s Bap and Buns dream probably isn’t too far from becoming a reality.
