A new picture involving Darren Aronofksy’s biblical epic Noah has surfaced online, courtesy of cinematographer Matthew Limbatique’s Twitter.
Apparently when it came to snakes, Noah – played here by Russel Crowe – didn’t settle for two by two. More like, 200,000 by 200,000. The picture also reveals some sort of enormous crocodile.
It’s good to see Aronofsky already putting out work for a feature being released in 2014. It allows audience to assume that plenty more content is to come in the next year and a half, and that the eventual end product will be fitting of the word ‘epic’ in every possible way.
Both Michael Fassbender and Christian Bale were at one time slated to star in the leading role, but were forced to decline due to scheduling conflicts. However, along with Russell Crowe, the likes of Emma Watson, Jennifer Connelly and Anthony Hopkins are also on the cast bill.
Hopefully, with so much time to kill, more and more material will be released about Noah. Darren Aronofsky has never been one to slouch in terms of production, which should be seen as more than a good thing.
In the mean time, keep checking back for more and more updates. We’re sure Noah has more to offer than snakes on a boat.
