Halle Berry is still in the middle of a heated custody battle over her 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, but that didn’t stop her from getting out and enjoying Malibu with friends and fiancé Olivier Martinez on Saturday.
The Monster’s Ball actress finally looked relaxed for once as she strolled down the streets of Malibu holding Martinez’s hand.
Halle Berry looked stunning, even in a simple white cowl neck sundress that hung low enough to let the actress’s blue bikini peek through.
As for her soon to be husband, he fit in with the casual trend as he wore a simple t-shirt with a design for Bell Motors on it and some jeans rolled up at the hem.
The couple enjoyed a romantic lunch together at Tony Taverna, sipping champagne and sharing a laugh over something humorous in the 46-year-old mother’s phone.
Of course, the Emmy Award winning actress needed some time alone with just the girls so she hit the beach with her good friends and reminded everyone why she is one of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities.

As the custody battle wages on, the Catwoman actress hopes to gain full custody of Nahla and move to France where her fiancé is originally from.
