Jessica Simpson Struggles With Baby Weight; Adele Debuts Baby Bump

Adele Baby Bump – Jessica Simpson gives the update on her baby weight loss journey while singer Adele unveils her baby bump for the first time.

Fashion Star host Jessica Simpson is no Heidi Klum…..and she’s OK with that. Before sitting down with Katie Couric on her new show ‘Katie’ on September 10th, Simpson chatted with USA Today about her weight loss journey.

“I let myself indulge in everything I wanted because it was the first time I was ever pregnant, and I wanted to enjoy it. I wanted to be happy and eat what I wanted. I didn’t realize it (the weight) didn’t all come off with the baby…”

While the weight isn’t melting away like butter, the 31-year old entrepreneaur’s plan and deal with Weight Watchers is taking away a little bit at a time.

“I’ve lost weight every single week. (I am) eating less of everything (but) I don’t believe in completely depriving yourself.”

Unlike the weight loss crazed that has hit the celebrity world, Jessica Simpson appears to have her priorities straight.

“I’m a mom now, and get to be a role model for this beautiful little girl. … I’m not a supermodel. My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I’m just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiancé and herself.”

Singer Adele will soon become a new mom after confirming she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki back in June.

The ‘Someone Like You’ singer posted the news on her website, “Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together.”

Since news of her pregnancy, rumors surfaced of a shotgun wedding. One source who allegedly attended the wedding had this to say, “They did get married, and I was present. It was a fabulous occasion. Adele was dressed in a classic attire and Simon looked very smart and joyous.”

Despite their insistence, the London-based singer denied the marriage rumors on Twitter with a simple, “I’m not married….Zzzzzzzz”.

On Tuesday Adele strolled through London in a long black dress showing off her nice-sized baby bump. The 24-year old singer was accompanied by her boyfriend Simon.

With no exact due date known, Adele is scheduled to give birth sometime this fall.
