Shia Labeouf to Have Real Sex for Racy Movie Role

Shia Labeouf recently swore off blockbuster movies, and his controversial new role has him doing something that would make most Hollywood directors blush. Labeouf signed on to star in Lars von Trier’s Nymphomaniac, which centers on a young woman’s sex life. The movie calls for Labeouf to have actual sex with his co-star rather than the simulated kind that is common in most movies.

“It’s going to be a wild movie. There’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says we’re doing it (having sex) for real,” said Labeouf to MTV. “Everything that is illegal, we’ll shoot in blurred images. Other than that, everything is happening.”

Labeouf is understandably nervous about doing this film and working with Von Trier. “(Von Trier is) the most dangerous dude that I’ve ever showed up for,” admitted Labeouf. “I’m terrified. I’m so terrified, which is why I have to go. We’ll see what happens.” Despite his anxiety, Labeouf is excited to work with Von Trier and any other independent film maker that will have him.

“These dudes are a miracle. They give you the money, and they trust you,” he continued. “(They don’t) give you the money, then get on a plane and come to the set and stick a finger up your a** and chase you around for five months.”

According to a various reports, the Transformers star isn’t the only one apprehensive about the role.  Labeouf’s girlfriend Karolyn Pho isn’t happy about the role and reportedly had a public meltdown over it. The incident lasted for about 15 minutes and consisted of Pho bursting into tears as the couple stood on a curb. It ended with Pho snuggling with Labeouf as he puffed on a cigarette. Despite these reports, Pho insists the breakdown had nothing to do with Labeouf’s movie role. “It’s none of anybody’s business. Everything is fine with us,” said Pho. “It was nothing affiliated with his movie. We’re normal people who have normal lives.”
