Nicki Minaj just wrapped up another leg of her Pink Friday tour at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Clad in pink tiger-print leggings, shorts, a crop top and one of her signature wigs, she brought the house down for revelers at the resort. The femcee has managed to keep herself busy and tweeted about filming a commercial for her fragrance, saying, “Fragrance commercial is wrapped. Thank God :).”
Minaj also has another show coming up, a make-up show for the Hot 97 Summer Jam show that was cancelled in June by her mentor Lil Wayne. The show was cancelled after one of Hot 97’s radio hosts made disparaging comments about Minaj and her music. The show will allegedly happen in New York at the Roseland Ballroom on August 14th.
The “Super Bass” rapper herself confirmed the show was happening on her Twitter. “Hey barbz, I’m happy to announce my #Free #pinkfridaytour show in #NewYork is going down on aug14th. (This is in ADDITION 2 the Today show),” she tweeted referring to another show she’s doing earlier in the day. “I’m gonna push the time to line up @ the venue back a bit so u guys don’t have to miss the Today show.”
The first 1500 fans to line up at the venue beginning at noon on the day of the show will be able to get the tickets. Various radio stations in the area, including Hot 97, will be giving out additional tickets. The show will also be live streamed by Pepsi via their website and Minaj’s Twitter page.
