Mathew McConaghey becomes the boss in The Wolf Of Wall Street
Matthew McConahghey is enjoying a vibrant acting career these days. After impressive roles in Magic Mike, The Lincoln Lawyer, and Killer Joe, the actor lands another gig playing the boss in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street.
Based on the tell-all memoir by disgraced financier Jordan Belfort, Wolf Of Wall Street tells the story of a young, drug addicted stockbroker who in 1998 was indicted and sentenced to 22 months in prison for security fraud and money laundering.
Leonardo Dicaprio will star as Belfort and McConaughey will play his early boss and mentor, according to Deadline.
McConaughey joins a top notch cast that includes Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin, Kyle Chandler, Joe Bernthal, Margot Robbie, and Rob Reiner. Filming for The Wolf of Wall Street begins this month in New York.
