Vanessa Lachey's Due Date Nears; Kourtney Kardashian Picks Penelope

Pregnant Vanessa Minnillo and her husband Nick Lachey are preparing for the birth of their first child together while Kourtney Kardashian who gave birth to a baby girl Penelope Scotland Disick earlier this month reportedly preferred the name Mila.

According to US Weekly, Kourtney K and Scott made the last minute decision to swap Mila for Penelope – which do you prefer? The source added that despite the late change the birth was “relaxed and easy.”

Vanessa Lachey is likely hoping to use those adjectives to describe her delivery as her due date nears. The Wipeout host was seen in Van Nuys, California on Monday afternoon grabbing lunching with friends at Stanley’s resturant.

Vanessa’s growing baby bump was front and center in a body hugging pink and gray stripe maxi dress. The 31-year old entertainer paired the cute dress with a denim jack and a huge Louis Vuitton bag.

Just the evening before Nick and Vanessa celebrated their one year wedding anniversary. The couple enjoyed a dinner date at Little Door restaurant in LA and later expressed their love on Twitter.

Vanessa wrote: “What a year! Love, Marriage, Love, Baby. Thank You @NickSLachey for constantly making me the happiest woman I can be.”

Nick replied: “@VanessaLachey I love you kid! One down, many happy more to go. Next year, we celebrate as a family! Happy anniversary.”

Congrats to Nick and Vanessa!
