Halle Berry suffered a fall on film set of The Hive last evening and was rushed to the hospital. In the latest update the Oscar winning actress has been released and is recovering.
Last night around 10pm TMZ received news that Halle fell on the set of her latest movie ‘The Hive’. The 45-year old actress hit her head on the concrete and began throwing up – which may be a sign of a concussion.
Halle’s rep however is down playing the head injury telling the website,
“Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, ‘The Hive.’ She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
Either TMZ is grossly exaggerating the incident or Halle’s rep is too eager to make sure her client’s move role is not jeopardized.
Hopefully Halle is making a full recovery since this is her second onset injury within the last year. Last September Halle broke her foot running after Nahla during filming of “Cloud Atlas.”
‘The Hive’ has not received a released date. Deadline describes the flick as follows: An emergency call center operator (Berry) takes a call from a teenage girl ( Abigail Breslin) who has been abducted and carried away in the trunk of a car. The kidnapping plays out in real time as Jordan and Casey work together to track down the killer.
