What does Charlie Sheen have to do with Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez? He wants her former seat on American Idol but more on that later. First, let’s talk about Casper Smart’s interview with ABC shedding light on his relationship with JLo and the possibility of marriage. The 25-year old backup dancer revealed how he and Jennifer began their relationship,
“I don’t think it was [love at first sight] for either of us,” Smart said. “It was just very natural how it happened. There was nothing before, no flirting, nothing.”
That certainly helps squelch any rumors that they were flirting while Jlo was still together with Marc Anthony.
Since their relationship began the once backup dancer has been promoted to the lead choreographer on his girlfriend’s North American tour with Enrique Iglesias. But despite the quick promotion and a divorce looming, Casper and Jennifer keep their professional relationship….professional.
“Sometimes, I tell her something, you know, give her notes. But at the end of the day, you know, it doesn’t matter what position is what, because she’s the boss, you know?” said Casper.
The Maid in Manahattan star was equally candid in her interview telling ABC’s Amy Robach that marriage is something she wold consider even with three divorces to her name,
“For me, the biggest dream is the fairy tale. I will never give up on that dream.”
While the former American Idol judge tells Amy that the media gets everything wrong about her it’s not hard to put two and two together that a marriage may be in the works. A source revealed to US Weekly recently,
“She’s telling friends she wants to marry Casper. She’s certain she wants to be with Casper forever.”
Back to Charlie Sheen. Anger Management star Charlie Sheen is putting in a word that he’s interested in sitting in one of two empty seats on American Idol. The actor placed the bug in the right ear of Idol host Ryan Seacrest on his radio show yesterday, “Seriously … I’m genuinely interested. It’s so different, it could be radical.” Charlie might not be Idol’s first interest but rumors are swirling that Beyonce Knowles has skyrocketed to the top of the list! Beyonce’s spokesperson has reportedly been contacted – this is getting interesting!!
