The battle between Halle Berry and her child’s father Gabriel Aubry continues! The latest update in their nasty custody battle has Halle paying Gabriel $20,000 a month for child support!!
When Gabriel initiated the request months ago it seem rather ludicrous however according to TMZ on Monday the family judge ordered the actress to pay up.
The ruling in Gabriel’s favor comes at an interesting time given Halle’s fight to move to Paris with Nahla and her fiance Olivier Martinez. If the same judge approves her request and Gabriel presumably remains in the US that would make the order null and void.
