Atlantic Station, one of Atlanta’s premier restaurant and nightlife spots, announced on its Facebook page that is banning smoking at the location over the course of the summer.
The announcement didn’t specify a date, but said the ban would come before the BB&T Atlanta Open tennis tournament, which begins on July 14.
With its mix of high-end restaurants, clubs and high-priced residential units, Atlantic Station has become a big draw for the hip, young urban crowd in Atlanta. The development said in the Facebook announcement that there would be designated “smoking spots” around the perimeter of the property.
