Bobbi Kristina won’t have to endure being charged with gambling as a minor while in Las Vegas, Nevada last month. The legal gambling age in Nevada is 21.
Deputy Chief David Salas told E! News that there wasn’t enough sufficient evidence to render charges towards the 19-year-old.
“We have completed our investigation and there is not enough evidence to support criminal charges,” said Salas. “We are going to close the case.”
TMZ posted a grainy video of what appeared to be the late legendary Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown’s daughter gambling at a slot machine with 22-year-old boyfriend Nick Gordon at the MGM Resort and Casino.
Bobbi Kristina was in Las Vegas at that time to accept an honor for her mom at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.
