Second 'Anchorman 2' Trailer Released Before Script Completed

A second Anchorman 2 trailer has made its way on the web despite the fact a script has not been completed and all the cast has not been assembled yet.

Filming hasn’t begun either,  but fans can still get hyped off the two new trailers that  feature Channel Four’s crazy news team. Since actual film footage won’t be shot until February, moviegoers will have to settle for a plot-less teaser which only aims to build excitement about riding the palomino stallion.

One of the teasers debuted on Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die site, while the other Anchorman 2 trailer ran in theaters before The Dictator. They both are significantly different than each other, although  both begin with the San Diego’s Channel Four news team emerging through the fog on a  silhouetted lighted stage.

David Koechner, Paul Rudd and Steve Carell all reunite with Will Ferrell  for Anchorman 2. Adam McKay will be writing and directing the movie which currently has an unknown release date.

You can catch the theater version of the Anchorman 2 trailer here, while the Funny or Die version of the trailer sits below:
