The new trailer for Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises is finally here. This will be the epic conclusion to the comic book movie that changed the game forever.
There’s not much more to say about the film that fans don’t already know, so here’s a quick synopsis: Batman is back to defend the city from an equally skilled and intelligent enemy who is hellbent on destroying Gotham City.
This trailer gives a better look at the Batwing; Gotham’s new terrorist; Bruce Bane; and the reason why this film is titled The Dark Knight Rises.
The new trailer is said to be part of the footage that was supposed to be exclusively shown during the previews of Marvel’s The Avengers, which opens on May 5th. Now that this trailer hit the web, something else must be in store… right?
The movie stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
The Dark Knight Rises opens in theaters in 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D on July 20th.
