UPDATE-Royce Reed wants to kick things up a notch in her nasty custody battle with Orlando Magic basketball player Dwight Howard.
The Basketball Wives star signed a gag order in 2009 at the onset of the custody battle. Since then Reed has violated the gag order so many times that Howard sued her for thousands of dollars – no word on where that suit stands.
As the custody battle continues with Royce losing her request for judge Shea to recuse himself from the case citing a heavy bias towards Howard, Reed is now requesting the gag order to be dropped.
According to TMZ Reece wants the world to know:
— Dwight is not morally fit to have custody of their son
— Dwight’s mental state is sketchy
— Dwight has funny substances laying around the house the kid shouldn’t see
Interesting…What ever happened to good old joint custody?
