First Look At Naomie Harris Preparing For Her Role In 'Skyfall' [video]

Checkout Columbia Pictures’ first look of Naomie Harris preparing for her role as Eve in the 23rd installment of the legendary Bond franchise Skyfall. Harris will be the first black woman since Halle Berry to participate in the British spy movie.

In the video Harris trains for 60 days with deadly weapons such as Walther PPK’s and M4 assault rifles. Even though production is keeping details about the character on the hush, it’s believed that Eve will be going head to head with James Bond, then joining forces to solve the case.

Harris is known for her role as Tia Dalma, the Caribbean witchdoctor in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and her performance as Mika in Ninja Assassins. Harris stars opposite Daniel Craig, Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench, Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory and Ola Rapace in the movie directed by Sam Mendes.

In Skyfall, Bond’s loyalty to M and Mi6 is put to the test as M’s distant past come back to haunt her. Now, as M16 comes under attack, Bond must identify the threat and eliminate it before he looses everything.

This will be the first Bond film that will ever be released in IMAX simultaneously with the film’s international release on, November 9th 2012.
