Beyonce Knowles and her husband Jay-Z stepped out for the first time with Blue Ivy Carter as they visited Sant Ambroeus in the West Village for lunch today. This is the first public photo of Blue Ivy since Beyonce and Jay posted her first pictures on a personal tumblr page a few weeks ago. The new parents are more than eager now to reclaim their spot in the public eye – just two weeks Beyonce made her stunning post baby debut at Carnegie Hall. Then last week she and Jay had a date night for the Knicks and Nets basketball game.
