Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry in Court Again, The Custody Battle For Little Nahla Continues…

Halle Berry and her model ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, were back in family court today. The two are in between a heated custody battle over their daughter Nahla.

The actress has recently filed paperwork requesting that she be allowed to move to France with her daughter, an act that Aubry 100% disagrees with.

According to sources, Berry claims that she fears for her life in the United States and that’s the core reason for the move request filed.

Last year July, a man was arrested after being caught by the actress’ private security guards sneaking onto her Hollywood Hills property three different times in three days. The alleged stalker has since been released from jail on bail.

Today’s session was a private and confidential hearing, held at Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court in Monterey Park. The judge has not granted the actress permission to move as of yet and the matter has been adjourned until a later date.

Little Nahla was not present.
