Halle Berry’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, may be charged with misdemeanor battery and child endangerment. He is currently being investigated after an incident involving their 3-year-old daughter and a nanny.
According to sources, nanny Alliance Kamdem made an allegation accusing Aubry of pushing her toward a door while she was holding the child in her arms. Kamdem had filed for a restraining order against the model, but was turned down by a judge who dismissed her petition.
In the police report, Kamdem claims that the incident happened last week when Aubry wanted his daughter Nahla to stay home from school to spend the day with him. Kamdem also stated that she went to Aubry’s home when she found out that Aubry took the child out of school prematurely. At the house, Kamdem claims that she picked Nahla up to ask her questions about her well being. Aubry then went into a rage after hearing the nanny, according to the report.
Kamdem claims that Aubry yelled, “You’re the [bleeping] nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to [bleeping] know anything.” She then went on to accuse him of shoving her into the door as she held the baby.
LAPD told TMZ that the model is being investigated, not only for misdemeanor battery over the incident, but that child protective services is also looking into the situation.
Gabriel Aubry denied the claims. His rep said, “Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.”
