Sandra Bullock, Ryan Just Friends; Kristin Cavallari's Having A Baby!

Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are NOT dating! The Proposal co-stars have dodged dating rumors for some time – though it’s not hard to imagine why. Reynolds was a shoulder for Sandra to cry on when she filed for divorce from her cheating ex husband Jesse James.

But according to the recent story in Star Magazine, Sandra and Ryan are definitely a couple,

“Sandra’s still so hung up on Ryan, I think she’d drop everything at a moment’s notice to be his wife if her dream somehow came true and he popped the question.”

Ryan meanwhile is on the relationship fast track with his Gossip Girls girlfriend Blake Lively.

Despite the source’s claim Sandra’s spokesperson stated the story is ‘entirely fabricated’.

Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler Are Expecting!

UPDATE-Kristin Cavallari and fiance Jay Cutler are expecting their first child together! The former Dancing with the Stars contestant started the year on a positive note. In November 2011 Kristin and her Chicago Bears quarterback reconciled after briefly ending their engagement in July. Rumors surfaced that Jay wanted to start a family and hoped to squeeze out Kristin’s partying ways. “Jay Cutler was beyond controlling and didn’t really like Kristin to go out. When she did go out, he called all the time and demanded to know exactly where she was going and who she was with,” a source told Us magazine then.

It took a few months for a couple to get it back together and by January they were back on track to planning a wedding. “We were definitely planning the first time, but I can’t plan the same wedding. I need to do something entirely different,” said the former MTV Hills star of her second engagement.

Now even the wedding may be put on hold. The couple confirmed the news to People, “We are thrilled to announce we are expecting our first child together. It’s an amazing time in our life and we can’t wait to meet the new addition to our growing family.”

Another source told US magazine, “She is really happy. She is in the early stages, but she can’t wait to be a mom. They have just bought a house in Tennessee and can’t wait to start their family.”

Congrats to Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari!

Democracy needs journalism it can trust.

This election season, the stakes are higher than usual — and so is the pressure on newsrooms to soften their coverage, stay quiet, or just disappear. Independent reporting, the kind that answers to readers instead of advertisers or political pressure, matters more in a moment like this, not less.

For over 14 years, Atlanta Black Star has stayed independent and reader-funded. We have no corporate owner and no shareholders telling us what to cover or how to cover it. That independence is also our biggest vulnerability: nothing protects it except readers choosing to fund it directly.

Newspaper ad revenue has fallen more than 80% since 2005, and local newsrooms are closing at a rate of roughly two a week nationwide. When outlets go under in a moment like this, it's rarely the independent, reader-funded ones that get to stick around.

We know a request for support isn't why you came here. But without readers choosing to fund this work directly, the depth of reporting we can do at home and abroad shrinks along with everyone else's. If you're not in a position to give, that doesn't change how much we value you as a reader.

If you are able to, a recurring contribution does more for us than a single one-time gift, because it lets us plan the next investigation instead of just the next invoice. It takes about 30 seconds, no long form, no account. Thank you for continuing to support independent journalism and freedom of the press.
