James Franco is set to become a novelist. The actor recently wrote a book and is gearing up to release it.
According to the New York Observer, the Hollywood star has already sold his first novel, “Actors Anonymous”, which is loosely based on his life, to Amazon Publishing.
The book was bought by Amazon’s fiction editor Ed Park, who believes the project could be a success with the proper marketing strategy.
This is not Franco’s first work of fiction. Back in June, he released a book of short stories, “Palo Alto”, published by Scribner.
Last month, the “Pineapple Express” star announced that he may appear as Hugh Hefner in Lovelace, a biopic of Linda Lovelace.
